Autism Career Pathways is very pleased to announce that Fazal Gupta has accepted an appointment to serve on the ACP Board of Directors.  Fazal comes to us with a strong background in the fields of Business Software development and an admirable history of autism advocacy.

Fazal holds a Bachelor Degree in Technology from DAIICT and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He currently serves as the Director of Product Management for Workday,  a leading provider of enterprise cloud applications for finance, HR, and planning. Founded in 2005, Workday delivers financial management, human capital management, and analytics applications designed for the world’s largest companies, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Fazal is the father of 2 beautiful children, aged 5 and 1 year old, and as an involved dad wants to do what he can to give his son – who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder – a fair chance at leading a meaningful life. Fazal has been involved in several startups, helping his friends & family shape the initial business plan and launch products.  He has a solid understanding of how small businesses look for talent and appreciates the value neurodiverse individuals can add in this sector.

We are very happy to have Fazal on our team because of his personal connection to autism and our shared passion to increase autism employability”, says ACP President Maisie Soetantyo.  “Along with his expertise in the tech world and connections to various Bay Area companies, we can create tools and resources to increase neurodiverse hiring in companies of all sizes.”
