Yesterday I woke up to the best news!!
Autism Career Pathways applied for a grant from the Redwood City Public Library to host an event inviting small businesses to explore full inclusion employment, and we won!!
This is so huge because the library will put together a team, promote the event and use their mailing list to get the word out! We will have speakers, adults with differing abilities and businesses already hiring special needs people to share their stories at the event!!👏👏 We hope to have as many small business owners come.
The event will be set for April 2020 to celebrate World Autism Awareness.
